All orders totalling £15 and over (before Delivery and VAT) will usually be despatched by courier - and will require a signature upon delivery.

Alternatively, the Order Form can be printed at the end of the Checkout process - and sent by post with a cheque; or sent by fax or post if paying by credit/charge card or Company Purchase Order (if credit facilities have been agreed).

All prices are in UK Sterling, excluding VAT, which will be added at the current rate to all orders received from EU residents. If orders are sent from within the European Union, but outside the UK, by organisations which are VAT regisered, VAT will not be applied - if the organisation's VAT number is supplied.
We will notify you if a product is not in stock and when it will be available; and you will then have the opportunity to either cancel your order or wait until it is available.
We want you to be pleased with all of the products you buy from us. If therefore, you are not completely satisfied with the products, please return them to us within fourteen days from receipt, in unused condition, and we will refund your payment or replace the products, according to your wishes. All carriage charges for returns are at the buyer's cost, unless the wrong products were sent.
All Leather and Vinyl Binders are guaranteed against manufacturing faults. This guarantee does not affect the buyer's statutory rights.
